Frequently Asked Questions
How much does therapy cost?
Rates range from $125 to $200 depending on which therapist you choose to work with. We also have designated spots to offer to clients facing financial hardship to make therapy possible.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a ‘boutique’ psychotherapy practice (OON with insurance). This means we do not directly participate with any insurance panels. For us, this decision is based in prioritizing patient care and confidentialty at the highest level.
If you have a PPO, you likely have out of network benefits, meaning you can see whoever you like and can then submit documenttion to your insurance company to get reimbursed back for services.
We can support you with documenttion in the form of Superbills.
Often, OON costs can be the same or less as in network providers.
How long does therapy take?
Everyone's journey is different. Some clients begin experiencing noticeable relief within the first several sessions, while others choose longer-term therapy to address deeper patterns and build lasting change. We'll regularly evaluate your progress together.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. We provide secure telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Pennsylvania, making it easy to receive expert care without commuting.
